Introduction

UHF magnetic flap level gauge is design according to Q/XY001,-2009 standard, and in compliance with HG/T 2742-1995, which not only upgrade product to traditional glass tube, glass flap level Gauge and also possess the function that could not bring out, eg, Switch and analog output. UHF series is used wherever fluid level,Has to be monitory, indicated in reliable

Function principle

The principle of UHF magnetic flap level gauge lies in the float Chamber which connected to the tank, and following the law of Communicating tubes, the level in the float chamber is Equal to the level of tank, The float follows the fluid level and transmits its movements contact-free to the  indication rail mounted on outside,  The float has special magnet, which Rotates the wafers by 180 degree as it passes them;  The result is clearly defined level  indication,     

 

 

with the level shown in continuous red strips strongly contrasted to white above, ar increasing levels the color of wafer change from whte to red and vice versa

 

Installation; ( Seal storage container)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The magnetic flap level gauge can be install in any position of storage container and can can get precise and reliable measurement without any power supply.

 

 

 

Installation procedure;

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1, The magnetic flap level gauge must install vertical, form a connected to measured storage tank. To insure smooth movement of floater inside tube as to see drawing 1

 

 

 

 

 

2, to check whether it’s in the same level between measure container and tube as to see drawing 1

 

 

 

 

 

3, after complete installment of level gauge, Need for correction of magnetic turning column guide once zero following display red, zero over white.

1) Close drainage valve at bottom, slow open 1B valve, slow open 1A valve, and follow by increase amount of pressure inside the measure tube.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2) The liquid inside the float chamber now moves up to the same level as inside the vessel. When the float passes the wafers they rotate 180 degree from white to red, indicating the exact tank level.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3) The exact level is indicated where the flappers are in a horizontal orientation.

 

 

 

 

Maintenance:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1) if the clamp contains sediments, Please close 1B,1A , Remove bottom flange, and clean the measure tube. or

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2) close 1B,1A valve, open drainage valve at bottom, drain away sediment inside measure tube.

The user can according to project requirement, in support to magnetic level gauge application, or selecting local read, or 4~20mA standard signal output, to cooperate with record meter, and also bring out function of alarm control with magnet switch,
